Another weekend!

no strippers this time :(

ha ha! anyway. last weekend i had a blast showing off NY to my friend Ariel. She knits, so i took her to seaport yarns! i don't know how she restrained herself - she didn't get anything. I set a budget (yay me!) and only went over it a little. i can't remember the names of what i bought at the moment... i'll take photos and post them with the details.

i also ended up buying more yarn (!!) at AC Moore because it was really cute and i can make a quick scarf for mom as a chrstmas gift. even though i have so many projects on needles, i started it already and decided to do some crochet. it goes faster, and i just needed some immediate gratificiation!

this weekend - demo at AC Moore tomorrow (jewelry) then i was supposed to meet up with a friend who is new to beading and do more jewelry with her, but a mutual friend (from the retreat in seattle) is in town on business, so it's off to NYC again to hang out!!

and sunday i need to do laundry or i'll be at work naked. really. and that would not be a good thing.
