work is extra crazy. insane asylum crazy, actually. and no i'm not kidding! (it's a project i'm working on - they are building a new facility there. the old building - the famous one on that site, will probably be turned into a museum or something.)
update on pele! she had blood tests on saturday, and was at the vet this morning for some meds.
her creatine levels are holding steady - which is very good! her red blood cell counts were down, could be because of a number of reasons - one being a stomach ulcer. so she now has 5 medicines that she has to take twice a day!! argh. anyway - she's not fine, but it's not as serious as when they first diagnosed her.
we may not have to administer subcutaneous fluids at home, since her levels have stabilized. we'll have to see. (we being my friend K and myself, since i can't stand the needles! ;o)
so - further hugs, fairy dust, and energy are much appreciated!!! at least i'm not nearly as stressed out as i was before - i'm a first time mother, so i freaked out! (my fish and birds never were sick!)
update on knitting - finished baby sweater! it's blocking at my mom's (well she has pins, a flat space, and less likely to collect pet hair because it's locked up!) i just need to sew on the buttons and i'm done!
nothing else going on. unfortunately!
doing another jewelry demo at AC Moore this saturday. maybe a dinner party that night for a few friends. should be fun!
back to the asylum.... ;o)
I'm sending you and Pele hugs and good energy vibes! I've had my two kitties for about five years now, and I still freak out if they so much as sneeze twice in a row.

Whoa, take a deep breath. In. Out. Slowly. Good. Sending low-stress thoughts your way. Just knit and breathe...everything else will fall into place. :)
